Fueled by a love for her community, a desire to see it grow and a wealth of experience building home based businesses, Bonita launched her successful real estate career in 2013. Since then she’s been motivated by the satisfaction of introducing new residents to the North Okanagan valley, watching new home owners hold the keys to their first homes and helping investors and businesses land their perfect properties.
Bonita is no stranger to what the north valley has to offer, having resided in Enderby since 1972 and having raised a family in the same town.
Since 2013 she has celebrated 5 years, 1 in the Executive Club, 3 in the 100% Club, and 1 in the Platinum Club, graduated as a Certified Negotiation Expert and continues to attend skill-building courses beyond the Realtor ® minimum requirements.
Along with contributing to the Children’s Miracle Network with each Sale & Purchase of real estate, Bonita proudly supports many local community organizations. Recognizing many service groups are needing financial support, here are a few of the ones she chooses to support: Enderby’s U19B Girls Fastpitch Team; Funtastic 40 Team Slo-Pitch Tournament; Lions Club Children’s Christmas Auction; Annual Show & Shine; The Harvest Sharing Hut, Enderby Farmers Market and the Annual Realtor’s ® Food Drive, in conjunction with the Enderby & District Food Bank.
